Tish Smyth has been with our Culpeper team since we opened in 2002. She and her family came to Culpeper County from the Richmond area in 1991. Tish and her husband, Sterling, have raised three young men in the Culpeper area. She truly enjoys living and working in the Blue Ridge area of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Sharing her knowledge with buyers and sellers is part of the home purchase and sale process. Tish approaches the sell and purchase process as teacher in a classroom with a lesson plan and follow through. The joy of home ownership can be realized with her help.
